It’s the time of the month for us to don our aprons and get out our spatulas, it’s cooking week. While the next few days will be a non-stop feast of culinary delights, today in particular was incredibly special.
The kids added the egg, onions and ground beef into a bowl, mixed it well, then scooped it into a large leaf of cabbage and tried as best as they could to roll it with a strip of bacon… Can you guess what we made?
If you guessed cabbage rolls, you are correct! Our munchkins loved it! Most of our kids requested seconds and some even thirds. They are perfect for even the pickiest of eaters!
